At 8.30 on Monday morning the whole team gathers in the meeting room with a cup of coffee. We call it the briefing, but it is as much a story as a meeting: each Strategic Storyteller shares what moved in last week's conversations — what clients responded to, where they paused, and which questions kept coming up.
We believe good conversations with decision-makers start with good conversations internally. When we share the week that was, we can sharpen the angle for the week ahead. This is where a pattern spotted with one client suddenly helps a colleague on a completely different account.
The briefing is not just numbers and targets either. We make time for the stories where something shifted — the conversation where a CFO opened up, or where a marketing manager said exactly the right thing back. It keeps us human in a craft that can so easily turn mechanical.
And then we finish with the focus for the week: which segments we call, which messages we test, what we report back on Friday. When we walk out of the door, everyone knows where we are heading — together.
