At 8.15 the first lights come on at Klamsagervej. The coffee is brewing, someone puts on music, and the first people gather round the table to go through the day's calendar and accounts. It is not a formal meeting — more a shared warm-up.
By 9 the first calls are under way. Across the office you hear the different tones of voice: one person is preparing for a CFO in medtech, another is talking to a marketing manager at a SaaS company. Every conversation has its own rhythm, and you quickly learn to tell when a colleague is in a good dialogue and needs peace.
Lunch is often eaten together. This is where a good morning conversation is shared with the team, or a tricky objection is talked through with a colleague. We have found that this kind of informal sparring often does more for quality than a planned training programme.
The afternoon is mostly follow-up: confirming meetings, sending materials, updating the CRM and preparing tomorrow's calls. When the day ends around 4 pm there is often one last round — who has bookmark-worthy conversations to share before the weekend, and what to remember for Monday.
