The approach

How we solve it

Most SMEs have a CRM, but nobody uses it. Salespeople take notes in Excel or in their heads, the pipeline overview vanishes, and management gets no real reporting. It’s not that the system is bad — the set-up is too complex for the everyday work it has to support.

We set up a CRM simple enough that salespeople actually use it. We never recommend anything before we’ve understood your pipeline complexity, integration needs and budget — and we choose from available systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Lime, Webcrm, etc.) rather than forcing one tool on you.

Adoption is what matters most — and where most implementations go wrong. We follow up for the first 30–60 days after go-live, adjust the flow based on real usage, and make sure the salespeople don’t slip back into old habits.

Our approach

How we do it

01

Needs analysis

We learn your sales process and reporting needs before we talk systems.

02

System choice

We recommend the right CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Lime and others) based on your scenario.

03

Set-up

Pipeline stages, custom fields, integrations and automation configured to fit your flow.

04

Training

Sales and managers learn the daily flows — technically and practically.

05

Adoption coaching

For the first 30 days we follow up and adjust, so the system actually gets used.

FAQ

Questions about the CRM system

It depends on your scenario. For start-ups and smaller teams: Pipedrive or HubSpot Free Tier. For mid-market companies with marketing-automation needs: HubSpot or Salesforce. For Denmark-focused SMEs: Lime or Webcrm. We never recommend anything before we’ve understood your pipeline complexity and budget.

A typical SME implementation takes 2–4 weeks from system selection to completed training. The adoption phase (the first 30–60 days while usage stabilises) is the most important — and where most implementations go wrong without coaching.

Not necessarily. Often the problem isn’t the system but the set-up and adoption. We’re happy to audit your existing CRM first — in half of cases we recommend reconfiguring it and training the team, not switching.
